My visual poem, Calving, has won the Wigtown Poetry Prize. It's about the gradual disintegration and disappearance of an iceberg, known as A68. The image below is from the European Space Agency's Copernicus Sentinel satellite missions which tracked it until it disappeared.
Thanks to The Wigtown Book Festival and to judge Vahni Capaldeo for her lovely comments.
Here's the announcement on the festival blog, and once the poem is officially up on the website, I'll post it.
