standstill

I love this poster for our group show STANDSTILL which will be happening later this month. Marta's design and Seb's image bring together a sense of what we have in common. A subtle saltire unites artists from Scotland, New Zealand, Canada, Poland, France and Singapore. Our theme poises us between backwards and forwards, marks the tilting to and from the solstice and suggests seasonal misrule, melancholy, fun and loss. What binds us is light, friendship and continuing fascination with our worlds.
